With this in mind, we are providing this Privacy Policy to explain our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information that we receive through our Minar application game services, which are accessible via our mobile device application (the “App”). Our services, the App, and our website located at http://www.getminar.com (the “Site”) are collectively called the “Services” in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third party websites, services, or applications, even if they are accessible through any of our Services. This Privacy Policy is part of the Terms and Conditions.

ANY INFORMATION THAT IS COLLECTED THROUGH OUR SERVICES IS PROTECTED BY THE PRIVACY POLICY WHICH IN EFFECT AT THE TIME SUCH INFORMATION IS COLLECTED. WE TAKE THE PROTECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION VERY SERIOUSLY. HENCE, WE HANDLE YOUR INFORMATION AS CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH DATA PROTECTION REGULATION.
WE MAY REVISE THIS PRIVACY POLICY FROM TIME TO TIME. ANY MATERIAL CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY, WILL BE ANOUNCE ON THE SERVICES, EMAIL, OR OTHER NOTIFICATION.
Collection and Use of Information
Information Collected or Received from You (or Your Authorized Child).
Our legitimate interest in collecting information are to provide and improve our Services, to administer you (or your authorized child’s) use of the Services, to enable you (or your authorized child) to enjoy and easily navigate our Services, and to ensure the security of the Services.
i. Account Information.
During gameplay and when you (or your authorized child) register to create an account with us (“Account”), we will collect certain personal information that can be used to identify or recognize you (or your authorized child) (“Certain Information”). Specifically, because you must have an email before registering to create an Account, we will use the email address as your unique identifier so we can communicate with you for all email based notification system.
Registering an account will require you to declare your age and the username. This information will be shared with us (see the “Accounts with Children” paragraph below for more information on this).
ii. Gameplay Information.
During gameplay we will collect certain information, such as your (or your authorized child’s) user name and messages sent to other users. This information will not allow others to identify you (or your authorized child) unless you (or your authorized child) choose to use your (or your authorized child’s) real name and other identifying information. When you (or your authorized child) create an Account we also will collect other information (such as country and language) that cannot be used to identify you (or your authorized child) unless combined with other identifying information.
iii. Accounts with Children.
To use our Services you must confirm full legal capacity under relevant laws of the countries where the game is being played through a verification, or in case of restricted legal capacity, shall obtain consent process during the account registration process. As described in the Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”), the parent or legal guardian (“Parent”) of each child under certain age must register and give their consent before creating a Minar Account. Registering a Minar account requires that a child’s Parent and/or Guardian to provide an email address, a user name for the user and the date of birth of the user. Under certain circumstances, Minar will verify that the child is the Parent’s child by asking additional information for verification such as the Parent’s social security number and the Parent’s name, date of birth, and street address. Minar will not share this information. If a Parent does not consent to a child’s access to and use of the Services or does not verify the Parent’s consent through the consent process, Minar will bar that child’s registration for an Account, prevent the child’s access to and use of the Services, and ensure that such child’s information is not accessible through the Services.
Parents have the right to refuse further collection, use, and/or disclosure of their child’s Certain Information by notifying us. If we learn that we have received Certain Information from a child without the Parent providing consent, we will delete the child’s Account and all other Certain Information collected in conjunction with such Account.
The Parents of children understand and agree that Minar may provide information collected via the Services, to third parties who use such information for the sole purpose of administering or providing the Services (e.g., third party security monitoring services and web hosting companies).
Information Related to Use of the Services
Our servers automatically record certain information about how a person uses our Services (we refer to this information as “Log Data”), including both Account holders and non-Account holders (either, a “User”). Log Data may include information such as a User’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, user agent, browser type, operating system, the web page that a User was visiting before accessing our Services, the pages or features of our Services to which a User browsed and the time spent on those pages or features, search terms, the links on our Services that a User clicked on, and other statistics. We use Log Data to administer the Services and we analyze (and may engage third parties to analyze) Log Data to improve, customize, and enhance our Services by expanding their features and functionality and tailoring them to our Users’ needs and preferences. . If we engage a third party to analyze the Log Data, we will ensure that such third party is bound by contractual terms requiring it to process such Log Data in accordance with relevant data protection laws.
Device Information
We collect certain information about your (or your authorized child’s) mobile device when you (or your authorized child) use our Services, like a device identifier, user settings, the operating system of your (or your authorized child’s) device, information about other applications installed on your (or your authorized child’s) device as well as information about your use of our Services while using the mobile device. We may use this information to provide the Services and to improve and personalize our Services for you (or your authorized child).
Location Information
The App is a location based game. We collect and store information about your (or your authorized child’s) location when you (or your authorized child) use our App and take game actions that use the location services made available through your (or your authorized child’s) device’s mobile operating system, which makes use of cell/mobile tower triangulation, wifi triangulation, and/or GPS. You understand and agree that by using our App you (or your authorized child) will be transmitting your (or your authorized child’s) device location to us and some of that location information, along with your (or your authorized child’s) user name, may be shared through the App. For example, when you take certain actions during gameplay, your (or your authorized child’s) user name and location may be shared through the App with other users who are playing the game. We may also use location information to improve and personalize our Services for you (or your authorized child).
License
Any content that used on these Services including text, photographs, images, graphics, designs, trademarks, audio, video, content, software and files (“Our Content”) is proprietary to Minar and its licensors. Our hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferrable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to reproduce and display Our Content delivered from the Services solely for your (or your authorized child), non-commercial, and entertainment use. Except as permitted by Minar, you (or your authorized child) may not copy, modify, translate, distribute, transmit, publish, republish, perform, display, post, download, upload, frame, make available, lend, hire, communicate to the public, adapt, or sell any Our Content. Any unauthorized use of Our Content may violate copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other applicable laws and regulations and will result in the termination of this license. Except only as expressly set forth in this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy does not grant to you any license to any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.
Governing Law & Disputes
You (or your authorized child) agree that the laws of the Republic of Indonesia will govern this Privacy Policy. Any dispute between you (or your authorized child) and Minar are agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of, and venue in, the Jakarta, Indonesia
Disclosure of Information
Minar agree to maintain all confidential information in strict confidence. Whereas, you (or your authorized child) information and activities in connection with the Services may also be accessed, monitored and disclosed:
1. Minar have to disclose the information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements, or legal process (for example, a court order, search warrant or subpoena);
2. To satisfy any laws or regulations that apply. Where we believe in our sole discretion that the Services is being used in committing a crime, including to share information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and other security precautions;
3. When we have a good faith belief that there is an emergency that poses a threat to the health and/or safety of you, another person or the public generally. To protect the rights or property of Minar.
