MINAR Ticket Competition TERMS & CONDITIONS:

MINAR TICKET COMPETITION winners will be entitled to participate in MINAR TICKET COMPETITION if they meet the following terms and conditions:

1. The Promoter of this TICKET COMPETITION is MINAR.
2. By participating this competition MINAR mobile game application User/ participant is indication his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. There is no fee to participate in this TICKET COMPETITION.
4. Users can participate in the MINAR TICKET COMPETITION if the User has downloaded and played the MINAR application. MINAR TICKET COMPETITION winners who are under 18 years old need to be accompanied by parents or guardians when claiming their prizes (If needed).
5. MINAR is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any participants by any third party connected with this competition.
6. MINAR will not accept any responsibilities if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
7. The rules of MINAR TICKET COMPETITION and how to enter are as follows:
   1. Download and Install MINAR mobile application.
   2. Search and Mine for MINAR Stones and collect as many MINAR Ticket within the stated MINAR TICKET COMPETITION Period (“MINAR TICKET COMPETITION Collection Date”).
   3. All Users’ MINAR tickets will be recorded and reset to 0 (zero) after the closing date to prepare for the next TICKET COMPETITION period.
   4. Several TOP users/participants (Number of winners will be stated in an announcement) with the most TICKET COMPETITION will be eligible to participate in the TICKET COMPETITION and stand the chance to win the prizes.
   5. Each winner is only entitled to win one prize, regardless of how many times their TICKET COMPETITION is collected. MINAR shall be entitled to disregard the second and subsequent picks and has the right to re-pick a winner.
8. Prizes will be determined by MINAR and reported through the MINAR application or Instagram @getminar or Website www.getminar.com.
9. MINAR’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
10. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving any notice.
11. Winners will be chosen by MINAR refer to the announced terms & conditions.
12. Winners will be announced at the earliest time as announced (MINAR has the right to change the date and time of the announcement if needed. If there are changes, the Amendment will be announced in the MINAR / Instagram / Facebook / any other MINAR official media applications)
13. Winners will be notified in our website www.getminar.com and/or by email and/or Direct Message on Instagram/Facebook and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and to pick a replacement winner.
14. MINAR will notify the winner how, when, and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
15. MINAR’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the TICKET COMPETITION will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
17. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions
18. MINAR shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
19. MINAR also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
20. MINAR reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
21. All personal information shall be used in accordance with MINAR Privacy Protection Policy, accessible in MINAR mobile game application.
22. The prize and these terms and conditions will be governed by Indonesian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesian Law.
23. Users are strictly forbidden to use any third-party application that allows the use of fake location (“Spoofing”), hacks, exploiting bugs, bots and any other third-party software to cheat including but not limited to account sharing, this includes (not limited to) cheating in any other form or manner during the game and MINAR TICKET COMPETITION. MINAR has full right to cancel and/or ban any User’s account that is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner. MINAR reserves the right to take any relevant legal action to Users.
24. MINAR has the right from time to time to change, add and/or modify the Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion.
25. MINAR will not responsible for all the shipping costs and transportation costs incurred in sending the prizes to the winner’s given address.
26. MINAR will send the prizes in approximately 30 working days (with a maximum of up to 60 working days) after the TICKET COMPETITION announcement, as long as MINAR successfully contact the winner and the winner has provided sufficient information for the prize to be delivered and all the data requested by MINAR.
27. On certain occasion/ event which the Prize need to be sent physically, the risk of loss or damage to all prizes under this agreement will switch from MINAR to the Winner individually when MINAR give and handle the prizes to the operator of the shipment.
28. The winner must fulfill and provide all the requested data and information from MINAR before the winner can legally be entitled to receive the prize.
